This is track is an instrumental piano jazz track that captures a day on the beach in Malibu from early morning to a stunning sunset.
“MALIBU SUNDAY” was inspired by all the time I spent in Malibu. It is a very special place. In light of the terrible tragedy that happened when the fire engulfed and destroyed the area , the lives, the families, the homes and memories of the people who lived there and those trying to rebuild their lives and homes, I am dedicating this song to Malibu and all the hearts and souls that lived and live there.
Malibu Sundays were (are) very special. Quiet and serene. People walking the beach, as the waves washed the shorelines. People walking their dogs or with friends and chatting. Lovers holding hands. And as the day moved forward, the beaches became filled withe people from everywhere in the world to enjoy a “day on the beach”, playing drums, singing songs, swimming in the rolling waves, watching for dolphins….so much to do. Nothing like it. I miss it……
