This is a combo page that includes two versions of this song. The "band" version was the original cut from my first album from 1972, "Time Loop". It was inspired by Tim Buckley's "live band" sound and his angst filled lyrics about internal conflicts, confusion, disappointments and wonder. It has a free-wheeling arrangement. Then in 2016 we decided to re-mix and master the song collection because we found some better cuts of the songs. My producer and recordist, Stephen Quinn Barncard, presented a re-mixed the song, as more of a pure, acoustic track without the electric guitars. He loved the magic of the acoustic guitar featured on this re-mix and I agreed. Still, I think both cuts are worthy of sharing.
