"If You See Kate (Kaye)", is a fun rocking tune written in 1964 and recently re-recorded because the older versions were dissolving. This song tells the tale of a guy winning two tickets around-the-world, at the last minute, and he has to find his girlfriend, Kate, to ask her to join him, but they are on a time crunch to catch the flight out-of-town. Kate, on the other hand is a quirky, funny, free-spirited lady who is always running around with her friends having, "FUN"! Does she make it to the airport "on time"? Give the song a spin and find out. The track as a "The Cars", "The Beatles" and "Kinks", kinda vibe to it. Buckle up, the plane is taking off! The song comes from the albums, "The Ice Cream Man Review" and "Band In The Basement". PS This song won a "Best Rock Song Award" at Broadjam and just recently won a "Best Song Award", by the top French Music Podcast.
